Before You Request
- Swangke confirms the request before work begins.
- Product purchase costs are separate from service or delivery fees unless explicitly combined in the confirmed quote.
- Prices may change based on store pricing, substitutions, distance, timing, availability and special handling.
- Customers must provide accurate contact, pickup and delivery information.
- Customers may need to show identification or proof of authorization when required by the merchant or law.
- Swangke may decline a request that is unavailable, unsafe, prohibited, unauthorized or outside the service area.
- Delivery timing is an estimate until confirmed.
- Customers receive updates through the existing call/text ordering method.
- A request is not complete until Swangke confirms the details and the customer approves the confirmed total.
What Swangke Will Not Do
Swangke does not handle illegal drugs, controlled substances, unauthorized prescription delivery, weapons, stolen property, passenger transportation, or unsafe or deceptive errands. Alcohol, tobacco, cannabis and other regulated products are only considered when every legally required license and age-verification process is in place.
For pharmacy-related services, only lawful, authorized pharmacy pickups may be considered. Swangke does not provide unauthorized prescription access or controlled-substance delivery.
