Data Use & Anti-Scraping Policy
How Swangke's website content and proprietary data may — and may not — be used.
Effective September 5, 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Protected Data
Swangke's website content, product information, prices, photographs, videos, branding, customer information, analytics, and other proprietary data may not be scraped, copied, extracted, monitored, downloaded in bulk, sold, republished, or commercially analyzed without Swangke's prior written authorization.
2. Prohibited Uses
Prohibited uses include targeted advertising, customer profiling, lead generation, data brokerage, competitive databases, artificial-intelligence training, machine-learning development, and creating derivative commercial content.
3. Automated Collection Prohibited
Automated bots, crawlers, scraping software, browser extensions, scripts, and manual bulk-data collection are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Swangke.
4. Commercial Licensing
Approved commercial use of Swangke data requires a written license. The minimum licensing price for approved commercial data use is a $500 data-usage fee, applied per approved dataset, advertising campaign, or separate commercial use, unless Swangke agrees to different terms in writing. This $500 amount is the minimum licensing price for approved commercial data use — it is not a fee created by simply visiting the website.
5. License Fee & Authorization
The $500 amount is a licensing fee. Payment alone does not grant permission. Written authorization from Swangke must be obtained before collecting or using any protected data.
6. Unauthorized Access
Unauthorized access or use may result in blocked access, account suspension, cease-and-desist demands, and pursuit of any remedies available under applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute shall be handled in San Francisco, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Contact & Permission Requests
For data licensing, commercial-use authorization, or permission requests, contact swangkellc@gmail.com.
This policy is part of Swangke's terms and applies alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
